artemisia annua au Kenya

Encourageing developments in Uganda and Kenya

Dear Colleagues,Thanks for advice I have from Jean regarding spreading Artemisia project to Uganda.Am happy to note that IDAY Uganda is already networking with National Crop BreedingInstitute of Uganda and preparing collaboration with other institutions in spreading Artemisia project with educationgroups. I only Inter University Games as an opportunity to sensitize participantsfrom Uganda of this noble project. I believe that my contact during the just endedgames at Kenyatta University will only compliment the effort they IDAY Uganda ismaking.I was able to make good contacts with Vice Chancellor of Ndejje University Rt Rev DrMichael Senyimba, Dean of Students Mrs Christine Florence Kizito of Uganda MartyrsUniversity and a number of students from Kyambogo University. they are lookingforward to further sensitization in their campuses. It is prudent for me to network with IDAY Uganda office for them to make follow upwith contact persons I made during the games. Unfortunately I don't have email ofeither Fred Kakembo or Reginah Namakula IDAY Coordinator Uganda. Kindly forwardtheir contacts to me.Thanks.Enjoy Your Christmas and New Year!!!
